After Storm Ciara Get Ready For Storm Dennis !!
Brits are facing a second weekend of tempestuous weather as Storm Dennis howls towards the country's shores.

Following last weekend's Storm Ciara, "danger to life" warnings have once again been issued by the Met Office.

Warnings are in place throughout the weekend, with London forecast to face the worst conditions on Sunday.

Be Careful Out There !

I live in Worcester and the city has been completely cut in half after the Severn has flooded worse than i've ever seen, all the bridges are closed, getting the train to work seen so many cars underwater in places you'd never expect would be in danger.

It was windy and a bit wet.

Some soppy council fuckers in the provinces decided not to open the sluice gates again apparently.

Why is everyone moaning about Boris Johnson not coming to their town or village to look at floods? I'd rather have the army there than Boris.

Nothing too major

Was bright and sunny in the afternoon but back pounding at the windows again now.

Be interesting to see what the Thames does round here, glad I live on a hill.

bruuuno 2:38 - As with storm Ciara last week the models are showing a squall line (Ciara had two) where the wind/rain gets more intense and also theres usually embedded thunderstorms although the energy (CAPE) doesn't look sufficient to maintain these at the moment.
So the actual storm will stay around the same but weakening as tomorrow progresses but as the storm spins the squall line will pass through.
That's the physics and mathematics but nature will just do what she pleases.

gph 11:21 Sat - That's because the worse bit hasn't hit yet, not in the South anyway, till early morning, the models are showing an intense Squall line coming through.

Storm Ciara was around 943 mb

Storm Dennis at the moment is showing around 923 mb and was down to 920mb so pretty much hurricane force 4/5
I reckon that's going to be one of the strongest Atlantic storms ever.

913mb is think is the lowest ever recorded.

Just been for a stroll up by the river crouch and this one seems a bit more lively than last weeks.

The sort of storm I'd love to be pugged up in sennen watching the huge waves smash into the cliff rocks.

Dennis is pretty weedy compared to Ciara.

Shouldn't be surprised.
